材料
鸡蛋4粒(打散)
发好的鱼鳔100克
葱丝30克
冬菇丝20克
蟹肉80克
调味料
盐1/4小匙
鸡精粉1/4小匙
做法
1.把所有材料和调味料一起搅拌均匀。
2.热油,用大火炒至金黄松散即可。
Fried Egg with Fish Maw and Crabmeat (serves 4)
Ingredients
4 eggs (beaten)
100g soaked fish maw
30g shredded spring onion
20g shredded shiitake
80g crabmeat
Seasoning
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp chicken powder
Method
1. Mix all Ingredients and Seasoning. Toss well.
2. Heat oil. Fry over high heat until golden colour and fluffy.
